E.A.R.S.® uses the exhaust air of the compressed air tools, by feeding the exhaust air back to the compressor and obtains, not only increasing compressor performance but also creating a closed air circuit.

• The advantages of the EARS system apply to tools, compressors, operators, the environment and above all the costs:
• exhaust air noises disappear – the tools become quiet
  
• no clouds of dust, dirt or oil mist are dispersed – the workplace remains clean
  
• a closed air circuit ensures clean compressed air
• as the return air is precompressed, the running time of the compressor is shortened
  
• the lower running time of the compressor results in less heating of the compressed air
  
• cooler compressed air = less humidity = longer service life of tools and compressor

And all of these benefits pay off in terms of reduced power consumption by the electric motor. Pressure and air volume remain almost constant in this closed circuit, the time for the compressor to fill and reach the cut-out pressure is reduced. Compared with a standard unit, the EARS compressor provides a considerably greater volume of air.
